I have chronically chapped lips and have tried EVERYTHING. With only two exceptions, all the products end up creating a worse problem for me. And sunblocks made especially for lips have all ended up making my lips far worse after several uses, just like regular lip balms. Then I found Lipcotz. It works, does not make my chapped lips worse, and in fact they are markedly better these days, and most importantly, it shields my lips when I'm out in the sun. Since I've already had two pre-cancerous places removed and do not want to have more of them, I'm buying more of this stuff to have handy at all times. Can recommend it with no reservations. It's also got a little bit of tint to it so that it looks like a translucent near skin-toned lipstick. Good product. (The other product that has worked for me as a lip balm, but is not a sunblock, is called Aquaphor. Comes in little tubes you can carry easily in your purse.)
