I don't have rosacea but after an allergic reaction to a cosmetic I my face turned bright red, broke out in tiny bumps and turned severely dry. Everything I tried made it worse, including cetaphyl and some lotion my derm recommended. This stuff didn't burn when I put it on and my skin started to improve slightly immediately and took about a week and a half to go back to normal. When I ran out I started using something else and eventually I had another flare up. When I went to buy more I couldn't find it ANYWHERE! Every store in my area no longer carries it! So now I have to order it on-line. I LOVE it and won't go without again. I just hope it continues to work. Highly recommend this cream!
