These penicls are awesome! They glide on so smoothly and don't rub off too easily! They're rich and beautiful and can give your eyes such a fun, glamorous look! The quality is outstanding, and the colors are so vibrant . . . Urban Decay has done it again! I LOVE them! Review: Soft and smooth, but doesn't last long

I own Covet and Deviant and they have fabulous vibrance..Stayed put all day without fading, and they are very creamy and there is definately less "drag" when using the pencil.However for $15 I've only used them 3-4 times and the pencils are running low...I'll have to kick out more cash sooner than I expected if I want to stick with UD 24/7.. If you're looking for an everyday pencil that has similiar UD qualities, try Prestige, it's cheaper, just as vibrant, and was recommended to me by ULTA and Sephora when they didn't have these colors in stock at my local store.. Rapsody(prestige) vs. Deviant(UD)...$10 cheaper too!! I do love Urban Decay, but this girl has expensive tastes but a college girl budget..Money no object? Go ahead and splurge!! Review: Worth every Penny!

I have fairly normal skin, not dry or oily. These liners work perfect for me.
Urban Decay offers such a great line of colors. Personally, I own 15 different shades (Yeyo, Stash, Zero, El Dorado, 1999, Lust, Bourbon, Gunmetal, Mildew, and Covet to name a few). I will wear them alone or with other Urban Decay shadows. Sometimes I line my lids, sometimes I line my waterlines. Both work beautifully for me. I have no smudging, flaking, or any other problems. Note: If I line my lids with just the liner alone, I always use an Urban Decay primer potion.
When I read the reviews that state there is an odor to these liners, I was shocked because I never noticed it and I still don't.
The only negative I can say is that when I wear Deviant or other blue shades of liners, I have trouble getting it off. I use a waterproof eye make-up remover followed by soap and water.

Urban Decay has the best pigmented make-up. period.
Love, love, love the color Mildew (the name, ehh not so much) BEAUTIFUL green color! I have two different palettes of different shadows and this is my favorite color. So I naturally had to have the liner. This doesn't budge! Great quality.
Only losing 1 star for the price (it hurts to spend almost $20 on a liner) But...use your birthday or Christmas money on this and that will make you feel better :-) I actually don't mind spending money on good quality make-up and skin care products because it's worth it in the long run - But it still stings the wallet when you do it.
All of these liner colors are brillant and beautiful, I turned my hand into a art pallette with all of these liner colors one day at the Ulta store. You can't go wrong!
