I really like a lot of Urban Decay products and was excited to try this particular product. Once I got it, I really couldn't use it becaue it was such a total mess to deal with. Powder in your eyes, running down your cheeks and anything else that sticks out and gets in the way of falling into the sink. Though they say loose powder, you still expect it to half way stick to the applicator until you get it to where you want to apply it. Nope...from the get go it is messy. I have the say though the colors were spot on where Urban Decay is concerned, I just wish I could put it on without having to drape a shower curtain around my neck to do it.

The Loose Pigment formula is actually mineral makeup, made from pearlized powders derived from minerals. No dyes or synthetic pigments are used.
The coolest advantage over other brands' loose pigments? No messy pots! The spill-proof tube uses a special internal funnel to keep pigment inside until you're ready to use it. The cap features an ergonomic flared handle and a built-in premium brush. Dip the brush into the color to apply, or tap out a little color and use your own brushes.
