This is my second tube of this sun screen. I have allergies and this is the only one I have found that is truly non-allergenic. Product is very good and the source and shipping were prompt and reasonable. I am pleased with this transaction. Review: Works extremely well

I'm on vacation in Hawaii right now and I used this product for the past week. It's almost as if I didn't go out in any sun. I would only put it on once and even with swimming for hours, I was still protected. Love the fact that it has no smell and is not very greasy as I hate putting any lotions or creams on my skin.
My vacation is almost over and I wanted to have at least have somewhat of a tan. I did not put any sunscreen on today, was only out in the sun for less than two hours and now I'm burnt!
I can't believe what a difference it makes.
Review: Works well when sweating

I've bought several bottles of this now and have found it's one of the few sunscreens that continues to work while I sweat. I'm outside for 12hrs at a time and sweat a ton. I apply about 3 times during a 12hr day, and rarely get a burn. My only complaint is that it goes on very thick and bottles get used up pretty quickly. Review: best all around value

This is the second year I've used this sunscreen, since it was rated in the top ten in EWG testing last year. I see it's down to #20 this year, (out of 469 tested!) but the competition has really heated up for nontoxic, effective sunscreens. I burn easily, and have never gotten a burn while using it, and on occasion that has meant going out in direct summer sun all day long.
I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because it does take a bit of effort to apply. I find it's important to squeeze out just enough to coat. If I get it on too thickly, it can be tricky to spread or remove some so there's not a thick, white coating. That being said, it's not really not that difficult.
Considering that the price is about half of the comparable, highly rated sunscreens, it's a great value, and it's the only sunscreen I use.

I swear by Vanicream and have been using it on my face for years. It was difficult to find an effective sunscreen that did not make me breakout. I like Vanicream because it does not have lanolins, PABA, dyes that could irritate me. This leaves a slightly whitish color but that's typical for my skin... it evens out later on. I can use makeup over it with no problem worrying about clogged complexion.
