Not sure if everything in the lotion is organic as Amazon just had to put their stock sticker over the list of ingredients and description of the lotion. When I try to peel it off it takes the original label off as well. From what I can see though most of the ingredients are natural at the very least with some organic ingredients.
When I use it, it's very thick. It does feel very slightly greasy but I love the way it makes make skin feel and look It also has a fruity smell that seems strong at first but when you put it on it's very light and pleasant. It makes my skin feel very nice and moisturized and adds a healthy looking and feeling sort of shine/glow, not enough to make you look greasy, just healthy. I'd recommend this for people who have dry skin and like fruity smelling lotion. Also since it's all natural from what I can see it should also be good nutrients for your skin. I'm happy with my purchase
