I bought this as part of my sister's Christmas gift, and she was thrilled! I have not personally tried it, but thought that the shampoo and stuff would be more effort than she was willing to put in. However, it turned out that she had used Wen products before and loved them. This item she had not used though. The directions seemed simple enough. This is an all over mist, for hair and body. It can give thin, flat hair an added boost for instant volume, and can invigorate the body. I am not sure exactly how this might work, or if it will, but it is something that you just spray on. My sister seemed excited to try it. She said that all of the Wen products that she has tried have been excellent, and this should be no different. The smell is not particularly appealing to me, but my sister seemed to be okay with it. (Other Wen products have the similar scent, so maybe it is something that you get used to and smells better on.) Overall, she was very satisfied with this item.
