The lavendar cleansing conditioner is, well, just ok. The smell is a bit strong, and a little medicinal. I already had thick, healthy hair before I started using the product, and my hair doesn't look any better since using the product (and I did follow the instructions carefully). I can't use it as a leave-in conditioner after the shower, as it left my hair really weighed down (and it just felt gloppy if I didn't rinse it out!). The bottom line for me is...if you already have healthy hair, don't bother spending the high price for this product, because chances are it won't do any better than what you are already using. I have been using for 4 months and can honestly say that my hair is noticably improved. It is softer, no longer dry, almost no split ends (used to be all over my head), has a bounce, holds a style like never before, easy to manage and maintain. I am an African-American with coarse hair and this product has worked wonders on my fragile hair. Review: Love Wen!

I have thin curly hair just below my shoulders. Lately my curls have been losing definition. I heard about Wen on Monday. I conducted a thorough review online. I decided to try the product and ordered it on Thursday. It arrived on Saturday (today) and I immidiately opened the packaged and used it exactly as instructed. I dried my hair with a difusor and I instantly noticed a difference. My hair feels the same as when I use the deep conditioners that require you to leave it in your hair for 1 hour under heat. I am really surprised since it was only in my hair for 5 minuties. I love it and I'm a believer. Review: Love the stuff!!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled. Seriously, my thin, fine, stiff, dry hair has been transformed. It is shiny, more pliable and looks thicker. It holds it's style better without hairspray. After trying the Almond mint, I found the Lavender works the best for my hair. I am a product junkie - most don't work as promised. But, this one is one of the best I've ever tried. It's pricey, but it delivers, and really does replace all your other products (shampoo, conditioner, heat shield), so that helps offset some of the cost. I bought my first trial sizes from another site, but just ordered 2 bottles from Amazon as the prices here are the best.
