This was refurbished so I was a bit skeptical, I really needed a cutter that would work with poodle hair but I did not have a lot to spend for the more expensive models. This worked quite well and it got the job done... the only thing is that you need to get the right sized clip on combs because it does not come with any.... I had some left over from another purchase that did not work and they fit luckily. I would recommend this company and their quality.
