Review: Gives a Pink Glow & Natural Sun Protection

Wow! Can't believe I got the Mineral Veil pink free with Watts Argan Oil purchase. I use it as a finishing powder over my minimal mineral powder foundation. It gives a nice pinkish glow (not glittery or shiny). I use lots of skincare products so I'm not sure if it is this or the combination with my serums that is producing the poreless look (at age 52). I have smaller/average pores on my cheeks and larger pores on my nose. With the Mineral Veil (MV), the pores on my cheeks are barely visible, and the pores on my nose are reduced in appearance.
On days when I'm home and only have to drive to pick up the kids, I wear the MV alone as sunscreen protection and as a mattifying makeup with only lip gloss and maybe brow powder. With solely the MV, it is not as much a poreless look as with foundation underneath. It is sheer so don't expect it to cover up flaws or uneven skintone.
I am so impressed with the ingredients and claims that I will be purchasing the same Watts Mineral in Fair (as foundation) and clear (as finishing powder). If you read the other brands' mineral powders, they contain a lot of additives and they give you as little as .07 oz. of product--for a higher price. Ridiculous.
And yes, I tried Bare Minerals before and it settled in my fine lines making me look years older. I have to admit that was several years ago before I resurrected my skin with premium skincare products that are effective. Many companies charge higher prices but their products didn't work on my skin. I am learning so much on the web, including Amazon.
