I had only sampled Bare Minerals, but couldn't bear to shell out the money for it, so I searched for a less expensive, quality alternative. I think I've found it in this mineral makeup! As far as color goes, I ordered "fair" and it is indeed very light. It was almost too light when I got it;however, it is great now that my tan is fading. It goes on smoothly and has great coverage for a mineral makeup. My skin doesn't get oily when wearing it. Overall, I love the value and simplicity of this stuff. And it lasts forever! I've been using the 12 gram sifter for almost 4 months nearly every day and it's not even down to half yet! Great product!
