Review: Not as represented. Not worth the money
Beauty product: 2 Stars
Shipping was fast and the product does straighten hair so I don't give a 1. However, the representations about the product ARE NOT TRUE. The company says that this product is better than other hair straighteners. The reality is that this works just like the other two straighteners that I already have which cost much less.
I do not mind paying for value. I had decided to invest the $129 for a better straightener. Unfortunately, it simply does not perform any better than the $50 or the $70 straightener that I already have.
I either have a defective product or the representations are not accurate.
Be careful - The company will not accept a refund as it is "used." I have no idea how you are to determine if something works without using it.
So I am stuck with this. As I said, it does work, but it's not worth the extra money at all.
I have also since found out that I could have bought this at my local mall for a cheaper price. I don't plan to buy another but thought I would pass that information along.
