Developed by a well know fashion stylist over 30 years ago. Widu brushes were originally created to keep the hair of models healthy and free from static despite being washed, brushed and blown out all day long. Entirely handmade in Italy. Widu wooden hair brushes are all natural, free of animal by-products and synthetic materials, they are naturally hypo-allergenic. The wooden bristles are made from a unique birch variety called Hornbeam. This wood was chosen after extensive research based on it's based on its ability to resist breaking and splintering despite excessive use. This means the smooth round tips will always provide a gentle stroke on your scalp for the life of the brush. Widu enforces a strict policy of ethical reforestation with all of its wood suppliers. In addition to providing a very gentle stroke for the most sensitive of scalps. Widu wood bristles also help to spread important oils throughout the hair and stimulate the scalp to promote hair growth and healthy shiny hair. The all wood and rubber construction is naturally anti-static which makes Widu a great choice for dry winter months or static prone hair in general.
