i bought this product at Costco originally because i have trouble with dry, cracking hands in part because i wash them a lot. This product is a wonderful substitute. Alcohol based products just dry you out even more. This has a lotion in the product and no alcohol. I came here because Costco stupidly quit selling it. Review: Wonderful product

I can not use alcohol sanitizers. This not only does the job of sanitizing but softens the skin. GREAT PRODUCT
