The makeup case is absolutely beautiful, and the lipstick is definitely silky, yet long lasting (and wears like a lipstain without the skin-drying effect).
However, make sure that you try different shades IN PERSON with the item before you buy. I say this because I picked "Red Muse" which looks like a rich, lovely shade on the website. It ended up looking more like a fuchsia/magenta shade on my lips. The product goes on more smoothly than thickly, so the colors are actually much lighter & brighter than they appear in the tube. I'm not sure if I'm making a lot of sense because I'm not a beauty expert- but DO make sure to try different shades IN STORE before buying it online.
