I love this mirror. Ordered it to replace one I had spent twice as much on years ago, which kept falling off the bathroom mirror and finally got so scratched and broken I needed to order a new one. I took this new mirror out of the box, stuck it to the bathroom mirror and it's been there for over a week now. Love the way it flips around easily for putting on makeup or tweezing. As far as the mirrors go, they are sufficient. However, the suction base does not stay put on a flat surface. On a slant (window, vanity mirror) it does fine. Review: Mirror Great - Suction cups bad - needs light

I have another Zadro, which is lit and I love but it looks terrible as it's in an off white, plastic frame. I wanted something a little better looking, and thought I could live without the light. All the other reviews said the suction cups worked great but they don't. They loosen quickly. Invariably, two are attached and one won't stick. The mirror fell off the wall once and more recently, one of the suction cups took a perfect circle of paint right off my wall. The magnification is great but without a light it's not quite enough. When I broke my 30-year old Clairol True To Light makeup mirror I bought this as a replacement. I thought I could get enough light from a table lamp, but I was wrong. Also, the 5X and 10X magnification was higher than I wanted for daily use, but it came in handy for tweezing. Switching back and forth between mirrors was awkward because I had to re-adjust the goose neck every time. Flipping a double-sided mirror around a central axis is much easier. Never tried the suction cup attachment in the bath room, and I think that is the mirror's best use. Review: Terrific, versatile, magnifying mirror!

My husband starting using the old magnifying mirror that I had attached to my side of our large bathroom mirror. But since he is almost a foot taller than I am, he repositioned the mirror every time he used it. So I purchased the Zadro Double Vision Vanity Mirror. WOW! It sticks to my big mirror in it's suction cup base, and can easily be switched from the 5X power to the 10X . Or I can lift it out of the base and use it on the counter. I moved the old mirror to my husband's side, but I think he figured out that my new one is better!
