As I am naturally a skeptical person when it comes to acne treatments but a rather inquisitive person all around I thought I might as well give this little blue device a try. I had heard about the whole hot treatment by Zeno awhile ago when the professional versions were released but unfortunately they cost entirely too much to even begin to consider. I have used proactiv, acne free, toners, cleansers, apricot scrubs, and everything else under the sun. I would say that I'm a very good person when it comes to actually treating my acne. I wash my face everyday, before bed, and then throw in some creams here and there when a breakout is bad. So forewarning you I'm not a person with cystic acne or anything crazy...just the occassional pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads that appear at the worst moments.
So I quickly put this thing on my wish list for Christmas this year, 2010, and thought if someone got it then great! If not then I would have probably never bought the thing for myself. Well let me tell you that I am ever so thankful I put it on and somebody in my family bought this bad boy for me. I unwrapped it and was very excited 'cause I was just complaining about a zit coming in on my chin that morning and how it would ruin the photos we took for Christmas this year. Well as everyone was still unwrapping presents I was tearing the little box it came in to bits to get the device out. I quickly applied the cream that Zeno provides and turned the device on to let the heat start to hopefully kill the little crater trying to form on my chin.
After the 2 1/2 minutes had passed and my family was done making fun and staring at me wondering what I was doing it was done. The heat seemed to take that stinging pain of the zit underneath my skin away which was nice. After a few minutes it was really red and I was soooo worried I had made it worse. Well I shook it off and kept unwrapping presents with the family and avoided pictures for awhile. Well someone managed to snap a picture of me later on when I wasn't looking. I very quickly snagged the camera out of their hands and hit the playback button to see what I thought would be a mountainous red spot on my face...I was SO wrong. The spot was visible but nothing in comparison. I was shocked!
So about 3 hours after treatment the zit of Christmas morning became the tiny little spot by Christmas dinner. Even before I left to go home my family started using the Zeno themselves to see if it would work for them. They all called, those who used it, the next day and said it worked for them too! Needless to say they purchased the zeno right away for themselves after trying it just once. How about that!? The family making fun of me using it turned around, used it, and bought it the next day after seeing how well it worked for me.
So my skepticism turned into shock and now I'm a big fan, along with my family, of this blue little Zeno! I highly suggest you try it! I already bought the upgraded version that doesn't need refills just to make sure that when the 80 charges runs up I'm not left in the dark for acne treatment. Mind you...it's only been 2 days using this product and I'm THAT sold on it.
For all those saying it doesn't work you must FOLLOW the directions. It clearly states what it treats and what it does not! I bought it knowing this because I actually read the description of the product. It has a chart that says what it treats...how did you all miss that very important section? I use it exactly how it says and it works exactly how it states. Zits and pimples gone in mere hours!

This little device works extremely well. I had a pimple and I used Zeno a couple of times during the day and the next morning it was gone. I think it is fabulous that you can use heat instead of chemical products that might not be good for you. I like everything natural and don't trust artificial chemical products, if you are like me this product is definitely for you. I highly recommend this product! Review: Bad product

The Zeno Hot Spot does not work at all. Do not waste your money. The only reason I gave it one star is beacause it came on correctly and has a timer on it. Review: Burned my face...

I used the ZENO hotspot as directed and shortly after using burn marks appeared all over my face. I returned this product and am still awaitiing a refund 5 weeks later...
