I followed the instructions and it works well indeed ! I've always hated using the astringents and dessicants that leave you with red,dry, flaky skin after the pimple has finally shrunk .The abuse to your epidermis is extreme. Not so with Zeno, It feels just a shade past luke warm and kills the bacteria . Voila' clear skin. Review: Great Product so Far

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She is very faithful about washing her face. However she still has some minor acne. The zeno seems to be helping. I also used this myself and it worked in one treatment. However like some other people had mention in their reviews it is easy to hit the button and activate a use which is the downside since there are a limited number of uses before you will have to purchase a new one. Review: Great in theory, but execution/fabrication is lacking.

The Hot Spot's technology works, it does help shorten the life span of pimples and help prevent breakouts from erupting. However, the construction of this item is subpar - the plastic casing cracks after the first three uses, and in some cases renders it useless. I don't expect something I paid $40 to break within a week of purchase. I emailed Zeno's customer service to complain about the poor quality, and received a response that they were "aware of the cracking issue and were working on improving the product" which does no good for those of us who got the lousy ones. Review: Great item well worth the price!

I love this product it helps reduce acne. If you have whiteheads or blackheads this product should not be used. I have very sensitive skin and this item works will. After treating an area you should let your skin breathe and not apply any makeup. That works best for me since i use bare minerals and the rubbing of the makeup brush might aggravate the treated areas. Review: Hot Spot

So far it seems to be working at reducing blemishes. However, after I received the product I realized it was a disposable product after 80 uses you throw it away. I guess after 80 uses it will have done it's $35 worth but wish it wasn't disposable.
