I am a sufferer of moderate acne that pops up now and again, but my biggest peeve has been the single cystic pimple that invades my forehead once a month, hurts like hell and takes weeks and weeks to clear up. I broke out with my typical cystic acne 4 days ago. 3 days ago I received my Zeno Hotspot and decided to give it a try. I did one treatment and then a second about 9 hours later. By the next day the pain and swelling had gone down. Now it is 2 days later and it is completely gone with barely any drying out whatsoever! I couldn't believe it! I definitely recommend this product! If it can take on those bad boy zits it can take on anything! Review: I really wanted this to work

I tried the Zeno Hotspot for a couple of weeks on acne, small and large. I don't get a lot of acne, but at my age anything is really annoying. It seemed to help with a couple of spots, but for the most part it just didn't do anything, and in one case it did seem to make the pimple bigger. I don't know if I just don't get the kind of acne this device is supposed to work on, if I'm not using it soon enough or often enough, or if it just plain doesn't work, but I'm packing it up and sending it back. I gave it two stars because it did feel quite pleasant, even if it wasn't doing anything.
It's back to cleanser and ice for me.

I bought this to try out before my wedding. Well needless to say the stress is making me breakout. Oh and the waxing...haha. But this thing totally works. I notice an instant difference. I have used ZENO for a year or so now, and I've had tremendous success. I get painful bumps under the skin every so often that use to develop into ugly, red pimples. Now I grab my ZENO when I feel that painful bump and within two sometimes three treatments the bump is diminished and the pain gone! The results are amazing. The majority of my pimples have responded to ZENO. There are a couple that didn't but I also delayed using ZENO on them until they had 'grown' some. When I catch them early, I've gotten results every time. I wouldn't trade anything for my ZENO. Review: Inconsistent

I really wanted to have this work, especially after all of the good reviews. But it just doesn't. Sometimes I will apply it to a pimple and I DO see it shrink in size, but the next day it is still there and bigger. (and the day after that and the day after that, despite multiple applications).
The kicker is, however, that it just plain stopped working altogether. I'm down to my last 20-40 uses and it won't turn on. Sometimes I can get it to go, but then it won't stay on for the entire 2 and a half minutes.
This thing is not worth $40.
