Got one for my wife. Meh. From what I can tell, seems to have no effect whatsoever, but it's tough to say it's not like you're running a comparison and can do a before and after. Review: My clients love it!

I've been a spa owner for 11+ years and I carry the older rechargeable Zeno in my spa, as well as the newer Hotspot Model. My clients have different needs and some prefer the older rechargeable version, but others prefer to use the Hotspot because of the convenience of using just plain regular batteries. Regardless, both work very efficiently on pimples. It is not an instant process, but when you follow the instructions it takes care of the pimple gradually through heat. Most of my clients rave about the fact that their pimple has disappeared within a day or less (without picking). I did have 1 return, but it turned out that the client had some other sort of skin condition. Again, I'm all for any natural skin alternatives...especially when they work so well and appeal to any budget. I will continue to carry it in my spa, as my clients truly love it. Hello to everyone, I bought this product a few months ago. I have a lot of breakage and red spots in my face. Once i did my research and read other reviews from this product, it was sold! i decided to give it a try, like a long list of products for acne, inflammation and reddish control that I have tried. I got to be honest, I didn't like it very much. The product is really easy to use and to maintain clean. Its lightweight so you can hold it easily. When I at first used it, i felt immediate relieve of pain and my face can feel a lot smoother. So why I didn't like it? Well if you have an acne problem and have several inflammation or reddish or acne spot in your face, you will have to waste a lot of time on this one. Holding the Zeno in only one spot at the time for a minute can be tedious and a long process. You do not see overnight results like they claim. You do see a bit of clearer skin and less inflammation but its not worth the time, the process and the money. And finally, if you have this problem, the cartridge wont last much. Remember every skin type is different but this is my honest opinion.

I just zap once or twice, and the zit is like gone. Pretty cool. It does such a good job at clearing my skin overnight. I will definitely buy it again, as it seems to last just as long as my zit creams, without the flaking skin side effect. Review: New Zeno

Recently picked this up after success with the rechargeable Zeno. The new Zeno was easy to use and just as effective, but no need to charge plus more compact. Big bang for the buck. Big knock out for blemishes.
