Review: No problem for sensitive skin!

I haven't had much of a problem with acne until recently. Because I have sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about applying heat to my skin. However, the day I received my Zeno Hot Spot in the mail, I tried it on a breakout along my jawline. The next morning it was almost completely gone! I look forward to getting back to the clear skin of my 20's. The heat doesn't bother my skin at all, in fact, it takes away any pain that may be associated with the breakout instantly. I bought the zeno hotspot hoping that it'll solve my occasional acne but only 1 out of 10 times does it make a significant difference to a pimple. Immediately after using it, the pimple feels numb, hurts much less and look 50% gone. But a few minutes later, the pimple hurts again and it looks like it did before I used it. And from the time I bought it, my zeno started cracking near the heating point so now I have a huge crack in my zeno for whatever reason! I know I didn't do it.
I suggest you don't buy this product!! Putting a match to my skin would probably work better!!! Get ointment or something else for rapid healing because this product SUCKS.

I have mild to moderate acne and I was hoping this would work for me. It didn't. The only thing I noticed is that it does reduce the swelling for a few hours, but it leaves a bright red mark from the heat! I've used 25 treatments on various kinds of acne, even applying the device within an hour or two of a new flare up. No luck. The device also stalled on a few of the treatments, randomly shutting itself off 30 seconds into the treatment. Using an ice cube to reduce swelling is a lot cheaper! Review: Not a great buy

The first time I used it I recapped it afterwards and when I opened it to use it again it was cracked around the metal tip. I took it back for a second and the same thing happened but eventually a chunk around the tip fell off. I never got it wet, dropped it, etc. I cleaned it with an alcohol swab after uses. It made some improvement once or twice, but most of the time it wouldn't turn on. Now it simply won't turn on period and I hadn't used all of the treatments yet. Maybe it's because I bought it at WalMart, but it didn't impress me as much as I thought it would. Review: Not for me

This product was not for me. I had read mixed reviews and decided to take a chance on it.
I have sensitive skin so I was unsure about this product. I tried it on the recommended pimples and saw absolutely no decrease. They increased, actually. I even used it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and it didn't work at all.
This hot spot blemish clearing device simply is not for me, but I'm glad it works for others!
