I couldn't really tell if there was improvements because my zits still took days to go away. Also, it's very loud when it beeps which got annoying very fast. I don't plan on buying it again. Review: Pretty Good

I've used the zeno about 10 times since I got it with pretty good results so far. Like other reviewers said, it seems to work if you use it as soon as you feel a zit forming - most of the times I did that and they never got bigger or went away, which is great. One time I tried and it didn't work, but maybe I was too late. Some reviewers said it made their skin turn red - I'm asian and my skin was fine. I mostly love how convenient it is to have at home or in my bag. Overall it's definitely a happy purchase and already worth it! Review: What A RIP-OFF!

I bought the Zeno Hot Spot less than a week ago not knowing it only has 80 uses. The first day I used it I was very happy to see it reduced the size of my pimple within hours. However, using it up to 4 times a day for the past 6 days on several pimples, the results were disappointing. The first day it worked great but after that it didn't have much effect on my acne. I went to use it again today but it kept flashing red and beeping at me... I was FURIOUS when I found out about the 80 uses. And the price for this thing is outrageous! There's absolutely no way I would have paid $40.00 for it had I known it would be worthless less than a week later. There goes my $40.00 down the toilet!
