Review: Actually Made Things Worse

I researched this little gadget to pieces. I went in knowing what it did, how it worked, how to be careful not to start a cycle accidentally and that it was "disposable" with only 60-80 uses before you'd have to buy a new one. I figured even at 60 uses it was still only about 75 cents per use, and clear skin was worth that to me.
Sadly, that is so very much not what I got. When I got the little machine I was so excited - I used it the first night after cleaning my face but before putting on any moisturizer. I used it on a spot that was raised and just starting to turn red. The heat was uncomfortable but never got unbearable. It did leave a nice red round mark where the metal pad was. The next morning I woke up excited to see the results. And there were results - just not the kind I wanted. My small bump had turned into a nasty whitehead. Ok so I figured maybe I had caught that one too late. So I found a small bump that was not even red or painful yet and did the same that night. The next morning there was no change. It wasn't worse - but it was still there just the same. Finally, the last time I tried was on a bump that was raised, tender and just barely starting to turn pink (this was just last night!). This morning I awoke to Mt Vesuvius on my forehead. The bump was raised, much larger and RED.
Needless to say I contacted Amazon and thanks to their stellar customer service I'm a happy camper - but just not with this product!
