Review: Not what i thought

This is not what it claim it is at all. I tested it alone first and it was like not enough for my beard, then I combined it with Billy Gelously, it got a little better.
I better recomend you combine a normal Gillette shave gel(not foam) with any other product, (billy gelously or King of shave oil)
PS. Also it feels a little itchy

I loved the old formula, I used it for years. I can honestly say it was the best shaving product I've ever used.
But when I bought a new jar this past September, it was different. It wasn't at all like the Zirh Shave that I knew.
The new formula is not even close to as good. It's not as creamy or as soothing, it has the consistency of a heavy foam. I'm certain that a jar won't last as long, which in this case is actually a blessing.
I am now searching for a replacement, I'm not buying any more of the new formula. Way to go Zirh, you took a great product and made it SUCK!

I love the Zirh shave cream - been using it religiously for years. A few weeks ago I went to buy a replacement and the stuff inside was completely different. The "new formula" is basically the opposite of what made it so great in the first place. It's runny, slimy, and ineffective. Zirh was great for guys with really tough beards, but no longer. I'm on the lookout for a replacement, sadly, because I gave this new stuff a full tub's worth of shot, and I just got tired of having my face burn 24/7. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, boys.

I bought this shaving cream (in search for a better cream then what I'm currently using) with the intent to use with my boar-hair brush - and this shaving cream is not intended to be used with a brush. (So I am disappointed that I didn't read into the product more thoroughly. If you like an ALOE shaving cream that leaves a tingle after you use it, than you would like this shaving cream. It does a nice job of lifting your facial hair to get a good shave. My favorite shaving cream, however is still the violet scented Geo Trumper from England. Review: Decent, but not great

To start off with, I am somewhat disappointed in this product. The first thing I noticed with this shaving cream is how thick it is. It has ABSOLUTELY no lather to it. It's a very thick goo, that reminds me of wall plaster. Now, it does to a pretty good job of protecting your skin while shaving. If you use a multi cartridge razor, you can definitely count on this stuff getting clogged in it. It's also somewhat difficult to rinse off when you are done shaving. The only positive about this is that I didn't have any irritation when I finished. In my opinion, the cons definitely out weight the positives. I will not be buying this product again.
