Pictures show the correct CC-100 solution the clear stuff. What I got was the CC-100A the Blue Stuff. I called Remington and spoke to the Technical support gal there and she told me all the foaming was because people didn't clean out the old solution and that the solutions interacted with each other. I cleaned my base out (Remington Titanium 9500) and added the blue stuff with the new filter. I brushed most of the shavings out of the shaver just in case. I started a cleaning cycle and watched as the upper basin filled with blue foam which finally started pouring out on my counter. I obviously stopped the cycle at this point and cleaned it up. I called Goodman's and the Gal there apologized and said that was the only kind Remington is shipping now and they are being told it is good for all of them. My problem is, if the picture and the product code show CC-100 and that is what the customer(me) ordered, why would you ship a CC-100A. It is a different product and they should advertise the correct product code and correct picture. Now I'm out my time to have to ship this package back. Bad business.
