Review: Very very mild toner... too mild for this user

This is a very very very very mild and fragrance free toner. It's so mild that I am not sure that it even does anything. And because it's also fragrance free, it just felt like water. To test it, I put some on a cotton ball and lightly went over my entire face. Based on the residue I can see on the cotton ball, it did remove some impurities. But then I used a stronger toner immediately following the pHisoderm toner and noticed that the second round picked up a lot more residual make-up and impurities that the pHisoderm toner left behind on my skin. I'm all for mild fragrance free skin care but I want stuff that works. Therefore, I'm giving this product 2 stars because I am just not sure that this toner is doing enough for my skin.
