For $11, you cannot go wrong!

Just to look at it is worth the $11. The case is so cute. The cap flips open with a small mirror which is so convenient. There is a little clip on the tube then that holds the mirror shut when not in use (when the cap is on.)

The product itself is great, especially for the price. The sugar scrub side smells and tastes great. I know we don't eat them, but we always taste or lip products one way or another. It exfoliates very well and leaves your lips so soft and smooth and moisturized. Plenty of times I do not even use the balm side because the scrub side is actually very moisturizing and after using it, it feels like you did apply balm.

I love Tarte products and usually they are on the pricy side, so I was really surprised to find this at such a low price and with such great performance.

I definitely recommend this product!
